If after campaigning for President for 8+ years Mitt Romney has been unable to communicate a degree of empathy to the middle class it is unlikely that during this election he will be able to. This is however indicative on how he would govern. His ignorance of a middle class live comes out vividly in all of his impromptu speeches.
One of the reasons his favorability numbers are down have little to do with the other candidates bringing them down. It has more to do with middle class folks actually listening to him and examining his values and work ethic. He seems to bask in his wealth with the assumption that he more so than most actually worked for it and that he is entitled to a favorable tax rate and not having to do a decent days work,
