From 4-6pm, women from all over the state will gather to make their voices heard and send a clear message to legislators and politicians that the War on Women is also a War on Moms, a War on Students, a War on Healthcare, and a War on Education. This is the Texas contingent, joining in a national movement to be in every Capitol in the U.S. to Unite Against the War on Women! Impressively, most of these women are new to the political process and are exercising their “right to peaceably assemble” as guaranteed by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
