Beginning on April 22nd through April 25th, the Move To Amend Executive Committee met to discuss strategy going forward. It was the first in person meeting with many of the new members after spending countless hours teleconferencing over the last several months.
It was a very productive four days where a 1 year, 5 year, and 10 year strategies were discussed. There were new initiatives to grow the movement both via social media and barn storming the country.
Every member of the executive committee left the meeting with distinct tasks that will ensure the continued growth and political impact of the organization.
Visit Move to Amend and sign the petition rejecting the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in the Citizens United case and move to amend our Constitution to firmly establish that money is not speech, and that human beings, not corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights.
