My daughter Ashley and I are in CNN’s new political promos.We recorded the clips on Mount Bonnell in Austin Texas.
I am just happy that my daughter is starting to become politically active. She has started monitoring my CNN iReports. You know she is serious when she calls me at midnight to tell me I was too harsh in a commentary or to question whether or not I had the necessary sources for some claim I made.

I met the President of the University of Texas Austin Democratic Club at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC. I asked her to contact my daughter and made sure she was engaged during the election. She actually contacted my daughter and my daughter told me she will be activating herself.
