I oppose fracking and oil drilling and agree that we cannot simply attack just one or the other. We need to have a long view and address all the interrelated issues such as energy use, politics, and especially economics. We need to actively build alternatives.

I told him I go back and forth with my support based on the reception of more and more information. I am presenting this and will present other points of view as well as time goes on.

On Sunday, February 26th, 2012 the community forum was held at Trail Ridge Middle School in Longmont, Colorado. It was attended by hundreds of citizens who are concerned about the health and environmental impacts of the natural gas hydro-fracking that is happening in Longmont and across America. The event was organized by Longmont Roar.
