Experimental Cooking: Cole Slaw From Juiced Carrot Pulp

I continue to drink a lot of fresh carrot juice that I juice once a week or so. I hate throwing away all that good tasting pulp. I am continuing to find good use for it. Here goes my new one.


Some of the carrot pulp from my juicer.

 


Added some raisins.



Added some Miracle Whip.

 


Added some black  pepper.

 


Added some apple cider to put some moisture back in.
