Tuesday must have been reading my mind when she tagged me on her new cooking tool. I lasted as a vegan about two and half months then succumb to the smell of my wife’s cooking.
This Christmas has not been kind to me. I probably ate enough to gain 5 to 10 pounds over the last few weeks. I will visit the scale in February after behaving for a month.
Well now that the Holidays are coming to a close, I know the vegan cleansing must begin. It is ironic. Just this morning I told my wife and daughter that effective January 2nd, my trek into veganism (with some cheating) will begin; OK; re-begin again.
After watching Tuesday’s recipe’s over the next few weeks at her new blog, I will consider getting me The Paderno Spiralizer. Tuesday, I will be checking out her blog for recipes. Amazon may get a culinary visit after-all.

So Chad said there was a UPS truck outside the building, my Amazon package was already several days late and turns out it arrived tonight! Merry belated Christmas to me! It’s a spiralizer!! The Paderno Spiralizer, it’s a little under $30 on Amazon! I yanked it out of the box, unwrapped it and ripped all the stickers off SQUEALING with excitement! I grabbed a large zucchini out of my freshly stocked fridge .
