Tuesday Kahl is holding to her promise. She is making vegan dishes and blogging each one. My daughter loves making kale chips as well. When she makes them we tear them up.  The question is, will Tuesday have any more tasty dishes with The Paderno Spiralizer. I hope so. I need some convincing before I add that tool to my cooking  repertoire of kitchen equipment.

Kale Chips Kahl Style

I am the worst about eating my greens, unless it’s celery, green beans, romaine lettuce or spinach. I usually juice them or hide them in recipes where the taste won’t be as strong. But I found a solution! I am a fan of things crunchy and salty, I used to have a serious thing for potato chips and sometimes still want them. But I’ve been told a lot about kale chips and figured I should give it a shot!
