Rachel Maddow may have slipped up exacerbated with VA fiaco

 She pointed out the mounting deficiencies that for years went unattended. She was visibly upset with a Congress that gas constantly short changed our veterans. Rachel Maddow is due a slip up. She is definitely justified.
