Mike Huckabee’s Racist Tweet
The Republican Party continuously makes the attempt to spin the preponderance of racists in their Party as if it is an anomaly. Yet the number of their politicians that make racist statements make the Niagara Falls flow seem like a trickle comparatively. This isn’t the first time Mike Huckabee has made a rather racist comment. Who can forget the Uncle Sugar reference to President Obama a few years ago.
The backlash was immediate and swift.
.@GovMikeHuckabee Uh, no, they think it’s racist to perpetuate the idea that Asians love to eat canines.

@GovMikeHuckabee No, just racist to continue using outdated racial stereotypes. At least you named the correct Korea, Huck. Congratulations? — Curtis Desjardins (@seoulsurvivor68) October 14, 2015
I trust @GovMikeHuckabee with being president like I trust any mindless bigot to form a coherent thought on his own without offending people

@GovMikeHuckabee How’s being beaten by a candidate who looks like an old turtle who ate a lemon going for you? pic.twitter.com/Cf74zGqvIJ — Harry Carr (@Hdc3rd) October 14, 2015
