Hillary Clinton did not mince her words
Hillary Clinton appeared on NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" and really drove into Donald Trump justifiably pointing out he is aiding ISIS.
"You know, I have to say, Seth, I no longer think he is funny," Hillary Clinton said about the GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump most recent plan to bar all Muslims from entering the country. "I think for weeks you and everybody else were just bringing folks to hysterical laughter, but now he has gone way over the line. And what he is saying now is not only shameful and wrong, it is dangerous. He has been an equal opportunity insulter. He's gone after all kinds of folks."
After acknowledging that she has also been the brunt of his attacks, Hillary Clinton continued.
"This latest demand that we don't let Muslims into this country, really plays right into the hands of the terrorists," Clinton said. "And I don't say that lightly."
Donald Trump is getting exactly what he hoped for. Free media attention. When a leader in the polls that has a good likelihood of winning comes out with policies detrimental or supportive to Americans, it is the responsibility of the press to get that information to the forefront of the served community.
