Aretha’s voice sounded like the Aretha of always. She started by showing the command of the piano and her voice concurrently and ended with a stand up performance like no other.

Aretha Franklin’s rendition of ‘A Natural Woman’ left the President in tears, Carole King stunned, and the audience mesmerized at the 38th Annual Kennedy Center Honors. Again, no doubt who is the Queen of Soul.
