Van Jones did not mince words when he went after what Donald Trump inspires
Van Jones did not mince words about Donald Trump inspiring those in society who would foment the cancer of a resurgent hatred that is hurting the country. A robocall supportive of Donald Trump was released recently in Iowa. The robocall contained the following phrase.
I urge you to vote for Donald Trump because he is the one candidate who points out that we should accept immigrants who are good for America. We don’t need Muslims. We need smart, well-educated white people who will assimilate to our culture. Vote Trump.
— Jared Taylor, paid for by the American National Super PAC.

After some silly banter among some on the panel, Van Jones then cut to the chase. He got beyond the politics and moved on to the morality of the issue.
“This is troubling,” Van Jones said. “If I were Trump, this is the time to look in the mirror. Who am I inspiring? Who am I attracting? Why would a horrible racist group say I am the only candidate that speaks for them. This is what — ny deep concern is that Donald Trump is beginning to legitimate some of the dark things that have been in our country for a long time and now starting to let them elevate.”
While many will simply believe that these people on the fringe are the minority, Donald Trump is stoking a kind of fear that can metastasize into an irrational change in many. When humans are stressed they do not act logically. Carnality has nothing to do with methodical thinking. It is the carnal that Trump his striking. We must all fear that it will spread because it can. Must Germans have always been good people, yet we all know the history of what occurred.
