Epic take down of Ted Cruz on immigration hypocrisy at Republican Debate (VIDEO)

Ted Cruz was taken down by several of his peers

Ted Cruz found himself the recipient of continual incoming fire at the Republican Debate. He did not handle himself well. In fact, he resorted to complaining to the moderators like a spoil child. One of the most spirited interchanges occurred on the subject of immigration.

Megyn Kelly showed videos of Ted Cruz in support of the legalization of undocumented immigrants. This was not the first time he was confronted with his hypocrisy and disingenuousness on this issue. Ted Cruz was stuttering on the same issue a few weeks ago. One would expect he would have cleaned up his answer by now.

Kelly just about called Ted Cruz a liar without using those words. Others were not that kind.

“I was there and I saw the debate,” said Rand Paul. “I saw Ted Cruz say we’ll take citizenship off the table. And then the bill will pass. And I am for the bill. The bill would involve legalization. He can’t have it both ways. But what is particularly insulting is he is the king of saying you are for amnesty. Everybody is for amnesty except for Ted Cruz. But it is a falseness. And that’s an authenticity problem. Everybody he knows is not as perfect as him because we are all for amnesty. I was for legalization… So was Ted. But now he says it wasn’t so. That’s not true.”

Marco Rubio chimed in as well.

“The lie that Ted’s campaign is built on, and Rand touched upon it, that he is the most conservative guy and everyone else is a RINO,” said Marco Rubio. “Throughout this campaign you’ve been willing to say and do anything in order to get votes. … You helped design George W. Bush immigration policy. … Now you want to trump Trump on immigration. We are not going to beat Hillary Clinton with someone who is willing to say and do anything to win an election.”

Chris Christie used the dispute to say that that is the reason an outsider should be elected. He said he needed a Washington English dictionary converter.
