Jeb Bush supporter would vote for Clinton or Sanders over Donald Trump (VIDEO)

February 21, 2016 By Egberto Willies

Donald Trump has lost this Jeb Bush Supporter

Donald Trump won big in the South Carolina primary. Both Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz came out ahead of Jeb Bush. It was obvious that Jeb Bush’s  campaign was on life support. After the South Carolina primary he threw in the towel. Bush suspended his campaign with a rather gracious speech.

An MSNBC reporter asked a Bush supporter if she could support Donald Trump if he became the eventual nominee. Her answer was not an immediate surprise. “Not me personally,” said the woman. “The office of president of the United States of America should be a position of dignity and respect. And Donald Trump does not exemplify somebody of character. He is not somebody, if I were to vote for him, I couldn’t explain to my two young boys why I voted for him. Because he is not a man that I respect. He is a man who has trashed women and Muslims and people of multiple faiths and religions. He is in a fight with the Pope. He is a bad choice from a character perspective.

She was then asked where does that leave her. She said she sometimes jokes with her husband about leaving the country.

She was then asked if she could support either Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton. “Over Trump,” she responded. “Yes I can.”

She was then asked if she is a Republican. She said she is.

Donald Trump is a double edge sword. There are many who like his bluster. But others who see it for exactly what it is, ignorance, opportunism, and control. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. Will he win more votes than he loses. One thing is sure, he has the money to do operational research and poll test everything that he says.
