Right Wing hate mail once again
People who go take the time and effort to send Right Wing hate mail are reaching out whether they realize it or not. They want to make a difference. I am not naive. Some of these guys are mentally unstable. A few are likely dangerous. But for the most part, they believe they are doing something noble.
I get a lot of hate mail. Check out some of them here. My house was also firebombed a few years ago which scared my entire family. So I do not take these folks lightly. Hell, that is why I have cameras. That is why I am careful when going to or leaving the Liberal/Progressive station I do my show Politics Done Right. BTW, our Pacifica Network station, KPFT 90.1 FM is the only unabashedly Liberal/Progressive station in the Houston Metropolitan Area/Southeast Texas. Those who want to get away from corporate control of our media support this community radio station.
The hate mail sender’s opening phrase said it all. “Read this at your next communist meeting.” I am not a communist nor have I ever been to a communist meeting. It is likely this guy follows much of what I write and listen to my radio show. Like many he conflates communism with any government programs and regulations. The illustrates the success of the Powell Manifesto. As America matured, got more intelligent, and questioned policies that rewarded a few for the indentured servitude of most, it was necessary to confuse the population.
Organizations like the Heritage Foundation and the Cato Institute provide business and plutocracy biased analysis to misinform with a semblance of truth. They have been very effective. It will take decades to re-educate Americans about the pilfer that has occurred and is occurring. For those in the know, it is our responsibility to clear the smoke and break the mirrors that are hiding and deflecting those that are responsible for the legal theft of the masses wealth.
