Bernie Sanders had gone on stage in Madison Wisconsin before the news broke that he won Washington. There was no doubt that he knew he would. There was no doubt that he knew he would win big. As of this post he is winning in Washington 74%/26%. As of this post he is winning Alaska 79%/21%.
The pundits on MSNBC, a group, decidedly biased against Bernie Sanders were trying to minimize the scope of today’s victory. The talking points earlier were that Sanders had no chance because he had to win by large margins. Now that the large margins are materializing they began speaking about Bernie not having been vetted. They even brought up the Democratic Socialist moniker, something Sanders has no intention of fudging.
The pundits fail to understand that the revolution is less about Bernie Sanders and more about a movement to counter a destructive plutocracy. Just maybe Americans will start believing and start asserting their worth.
