Roland Martin speaks truth to Donald Trump on rigged GOP Primary (VIDEO)

April 17, 2016 By Egberto Willies

Sorry, there was a YouTube error.

Roland Martin speaks truth to Donald Trump

Donald Trumps accusation of a rigged election got much play during the panel discussion on This Week with George Stephanopoulos. Roland Martin made the most appropriate statement in that regards. It is no secret that Trump loves to play up his business acumen. He refers to everyone else as incompetent. Trump prides himself on hiring the right people to get the job done. After all, that is how he will make America great again. Isn’t it?

“George, forgive me if I don’t have any sympathy for a real estate developer from New York complaining about a process,” said Martin. “This is somebody who talks about always, know how to get things done. OK. The test to see you can get something done as a president is can you navigate a primary process, running for president. Guess what, if you become president you’re going to be dealing with the same thing in other countries. You’re going to be dealing with the same thing when it comes to business. So, if you can’t handle this process, you’re unfit for being president. So shut up, stop complaining, have an organization. Because they’re not going to hand it to you, you have to earn it.”

Of course, Roland Martin is right. The delegate acquisition process is likely the simplest the Donald Trump would be expected to do on his path to the presidency. Negotiating Mexico paying for the wall he wants to build would be much more challenging. Concurrently repealing and replacing Obamacare, giving a huge tax break, and rebuilding the military will require magic. Again, if the GOP process stumps him as it has thus far, he is, in fact, unfit for the presidency. The reality is that there is much more that makes him categorically unfit to be president.
