Glenn Beck has recently begun a crusade against Donald Trump that while welcomed seems out of character. He explained why he believes Trump is, in fact, a sociopath.
Glenn Beck explains why Trump’s a sociopath
Glenn Beck has recently begun to sound more rational than he has ever sounded. Maybe Trump moved the bar so far that previous insanity is now sane.
“I think Trump thought ‘This would be fun,” Glenn Beck said. “‘I’ll give it the world. It might last six months.’ I don’t think he actually saw himself winning. And I think he has put himself in a position now to where if you look at the financials of his empire, his hotel empire, — when they start changing the name of Trump Hotels to, what are they calling it now, Scion? — there’s trouble. There is trouble for him.”
Charlie Rose reminded Beck that he had called Trump a pathological liar and possibly a sociopath.
“What’s the indication that he is a sociopath,” Rose asked.
“Have you seen him during the last year and a half truly feel for someone that couldn’t help him?” Beck asked. “Truly connect on a human level and say ‘This has made me stop. This has made me think. You know I am deeply sorry for what I have said. A sociopath is somebody who doesn’t really see the human experience in anyone else. And I haven’t seen that in him. I haven’t seen him deeply affected by the human condition in an individual.”
“No sense of vulnerability,” Chalie Rose interjected.
“None,” Beck replied. “Frightening.
This isn’t the first time that Glenn Beck called out Donald Trump. Recently he told Republicans to jump ship.
“There is a hall pass for the next forty-eight hours for all Republicans,” Glenn Beck said. “Anyone who is on the bandwagon, Donald Trump has just given you the greatest gift. And a warning, it’s going to get ugly and now is the time to jump ship. Now is the time to separate yourself. And if you don’t, you are going to regret it. Look at the people that he has surrounded himself with.”
The walls are closing in on Donald Trump. He will be left with an interesting base.
