The Daily Show Host Trevor Noah and TheBlaze Right-Wing Host Tomi Lahren had a heated debate over her fierce attack on Black Lives Matter and more.

Trever Noah and Tomi Lahren discuss Black Lives Matter

TheBlaze Right-Wing Host Tomi Lahren illustrates that circular talking points can get you only so far as the Daily Show host Trevor Noah decimates cooly decimates her.

“I am in the lion’s den, Trevor,” said Tomi Lahren at the outset.

“Is that an African thing?” Noah asked.

Trevor Noah was born in South Africa. And then it began. Trevor introduced his audience to Tomi’s vitriol by playing a clip of one of her characteristical vile rants.

“Quick question,” Noah asked Tomi. “Why are you so angry?”

Tomi claimed she is not angry but that, “There are things that need to be said, Trevor. And a lot of people are afraid to say them.”

Trevor asked if she considered herself a conservative.

“I do. I am a millennial,” Tomi said. “I really don’t like labels but yes. I am conservative in thought.”

“Sorry my brain,” Trevor said. “You just gave a label to say you don’t like labels.”

The discussion proceeded with Lahren making circular or irrational arguments.

“In terms of Black Lives Matter you have quite a record,” Trevor said. “For somebody who is not racist, you have to spend a lot of time saying I am not racist. What is your biggest issue with Black Lives Matter.”

Lahren said Black Lives Matter started with good intentions, but the minute it adopted a ‘false’ narrative of ‘hands up don’t shoot’ as well as riots, looting, and burning, and militant actions she lost respect for it. Noah deconstructed each of her false arguments by equating them to similar events in other communities. He challenged her to explain the condemnation of a whole movement because of a few rotten eggs.

Lahren walked right into a trap of her own making. She said because many of the ill-behaved claims that they are a part of the movement, it reflected the movement proper. Trevor equated her statement with the KKK reflecting on Trump.

Noah discussed Tomi’s obsession with 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick kneeling for the National Anthem. Trevor asked Tomi several times how would she suggest that black people who feel aggrieved protest. Not once could she answer the question because of her obsession with the fallacy that Kaepernick has nothing to complain about given his financial state.

It is evident Tomi is used to her bubble where no one questions her disjointed statements. She lives in an insular world devoid of empathy.
