Trump Effect: Walmart racist shopper’s rant against Latina and black woman (VIDEO)

May 23, 2017 By Egberto Willies

We know for some, these racist feelings have always been there. But before the advent of our bombastic, racist, misogynistic president, many kept their urge to rant tamed. This woman went all out, cameras-be-damned.

Racist Walmart shopper meltdown because a Latina asked her to move

Trump made racist rants vogue again. The interesting thing is that those who hold these feelings are on their last leg. Americans came to the defense of the American Latina.

Eva Hicks posted the above video on her Facebook wall.

I never in my life thought this would happen to me. Yes me. Just on a simple trip to the grocery store after a hard day of work. I love this country and I will stay in this country. Friends please share.

Eva Hicks apparently asked the Walmart shopper to politely, “excuse me” as she needed to get by to get her medicine. The Walmart shopper got irate and told her to go back to Mexico or from wherever she came from. Another woman can be heard defending Eva. She told the Walmart shopper to stop being ignorant.

“A nigg$r calling me ignorant?” replied the Walmart shopper.

Eva pointed out that this was her country. The Walmart shopper then said it was not and that “we don’t want you here.” Another person quickly thereafter told Eva that we absolutely wanted her here. The woman’s rant went on for more than three minutes.

It was wonderful to see a white guy and a black woman immediately stand up to this racist attack. It shows that while we still have problems our better angels are likely to prevail.

The comments on Eva Hick’s page were mostly in support.

Tracy L Jares: I promise you if I was there I would have told that hateful lady off. I was taught to respect my elders but I would have made an exception.

Betsy Morant: I wish the lady that she called nigger would have replied “you are more than a nigger then I will ever be because that word does not mean black. It means ignorant, uncouth, and lowly and that’s you all day you evil old hag!”

Justin Eans: Anybody know where this Walmart is and if the ignorant woman was banned from the store? If she wasn’t, the store managers should be ashamed.

Marvin Jackson: Man I just love how Drunk Trump made America Great Again should’ve said I’m Jim Jones and I want y’all racist f**ks to drink this koolaide .

I love the last three because they concentrated on Americans sticking up for Americans when some get out of line.

Kristi Slade Callaway: I am so sorry you experienced such ignorance and hatred. It’s somewhat comforting to know that others stood up against her on your behalf, but the fact that they needed to is sad.

Mayra Garcia: Finally a video that shows people standing for each other and the store team members kicking out the rude person. Thank you Jesus!

Lyricc J Zwaagstra: This woman is disgusting. I’m so sorry you had to endure this. I am glad to see people around you stepped up. Too many times I’ve seen bigots speak this way and everyone else around acts like it’s not happening. More people need to let these ignorant bigots know that this behavior is not acceptable. Maybe they’ll go back into their closets Trump made them comfortable enough to come out of.

I have been documenting events that are obviously the Trump Effect for some time now. It is clear it needs to be done to present a mirror to those who refuse to believe the reality about some of their peers.
