Reporter's hilarious reaction to spokesperson statement on Trump's truthfulness (VIDEO)

This video is hilarious mostly because Trump’s spokeswoman made her statement with a straight face. It seemed to have caught MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson by surprise.

The MSNBC reporter had a visceral and hilarious reaction to Trump’s spokeswoman statement about the President’s truthfulness that says it all. Hallie Jackson had a tough but simple question.

“I heard you list off a list of reasons of why you think that the media should be focusing on Democrats, not the president,” Jackson said. “And not to believe an obvious point that Hillary Clinton is certainly not in the oval office, Donald Trump is. And there seems to be a trust deficit that is being created with some on Capitol Hill and I want to tell you about what Lindsey Graham said this morning on the Today show  — ‘If this is  true,’ this Washington Post reporting, ‘it was a bad decision by the president which will make us ask more questions. You get caught in a lie about one thing it makes it hard to say we’ll just let the other stuff go.’ — Is this what is hurting the president’s legislative agenda, this credibility issue right now?”

Trump’s spokeswoman, Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ answer was to deflect the question and accuse Congress of being the culprit.

“I think what’s hurting the legislative agenda is Congress’s inability to get things passed,” Sarah Huckabee replied.

“Clearly there is a concern from some Republicans that the president is not always being as truthful as he could be,” Hallie Jackson continued. “How does he plan to address that?”

I think by being truthful and transparent as he has every single day,” Sarah Huckabee Sanders replied with a straight face.

MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson shocked by Trump’s spokeswoman

The expression on Hallie Jackson’s face said it all. Everyone knows that the president and his administration lies more than any previous administration has. Attempting to say that they have always been truthful simply opens the door justifiably for more outward scrutiny.
