DC preparing for a huge crowd at the March For Our Lives rally (VIDEO)

March 23, 2018 By Egberto Willies

Sorry, there was a YouTube error.

Politics Done Right is in Washington DC covering the national March For Our Lives rally. If the preparations are any indication, the 500.000 potential attendees are expected to materialize.

March For Our Lives stage and surrounding area

March For Our Lives is likely to leave a mark on the gun debated if the sheer momentum that it has is converted into politicians fearing to do nothing. They ignore it at their peril.

This first thing I when I got to the preparations for the march was to try to get my event press credentials. It turns out it wasn’t there as they revoked many credentials for the “smaller” media companies because of the national and international demand.

“But you still have your first amendment right to interview all the participants,” the media liaison said. “Not even those with credentials will have access to the students anyway. They will have to do  what you are going to do as well.”

So why get credentials? — Because they get reserved positioning on a close by stage, and once again Independent Media is left out. But no worries, we intend to get the stories anyway.

The volume of Porta Potties points to a huge attendance
