This Conservative GOP Strategist, Margaret Hoover, gave a directive to real Republicans on Real Time with Bill Maher that they better heed. Hoover appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher. They spent some time discussing the degeneracy of the Trump administration.
During the program when discussing Trumpist candidates, an interesting but important exchange occurred between Bill Maher and Margaret Hoover.
“A lot of times in the past when Republicans didn’t like a candidate,” Bill Maher said. “Like many who didn’t like Donald Trump, they said, ‘OK, but when I go into the voting booth, I am casting a vote for Ronald Reagan, or I am writing in Betsy Ross.’ Mitt Romney said he is writing in his wife’s name. Don’t you have to vote for the Democrat?”
“Yes,” GOP Strategist Hoover replied. “You have to vote your principle if there is a Trump person in your district.”
“But there are only two candidates,” Bill Maher interjected.
“Then you have to vote for the Democrat in that race,” Hoover replied.
Hoover is in effect given die-hard Republicans the path to neuter Donald Trump. She is telling the sensible people in her Party who recognize that Trump and his political followers are a clear and present danger to America. No strategist will go on national TV and tell their base to vote for someone in the other Party.
More Republicans must come out between now and the election and encourage their people to vote country over their party in 2018. If they do this, the Blue Wave will ensure that the destruction the Trump administration is inflicting on the country is attenuated.

Hopefully, people will do this. Not like in 2016 when so many voted for someone who had no chance of getting in. It’s a shame to waste a vote like this! I hope people realize the damage Trump, his minions and the Republican Party have done to our country and continue to do with all their criminal activity and disdain for the rule of law. None of them are above the law and I sure hope the investigation ends up snaring a number of them in the net the investigation has cast and pay for their complicity!

Now I do not think they will, but it would have to be a Democrat that they like. Just can not count on that. Trump I fear is on his way to another victory. Now he has been hit very hard with the kids and there mom and dads. Will the DNC take advantage of this? They seem to like to just sit on there be hinds and send out eMail asking for money.
