The Trump Effect continues in full swing and it is all over the country. Today we bring you, the racist holocaust denier, Art Jones. He is running for Illinois’ 3rd District. His flyers are only possible in Trump’s America.

Absent the Trump Effect no politician, however, prejudice would feel they could get away with putting out flyers as vile as does Art Jones. But it is all vogue now.

Politico reported that Republicans had the opportunity to nip Art Jones’ though run but in a world where the Trump Effect makes this behavior acceptable, they did not.

Illinois Republicans botched four opportunities to stop an avowed Nazi from representing their party in a Chicago-area congressional district. Now they’re paying the price. Arthur Jones, a Holocaust denier who will appear on the November ballot as the GOP candidate against Democratic Rep. Dan Lipinski, has become campaign fodder for Democrats as they seek to defeat Gov. Bruce Rauner. And some Republicans even fear the taint from Jones‘ extremist views poses a threat to the party up and down the ticket.

Dan Lipinski, has become campaign fodder for Democrats as they seek to defeat Gov. Bruce Rauner. And some Republicans even fear the taint from Jones‘ extremist views poses a threat to the party up and down the ticket. …

Still, Jones’ nomination has been an enormous embarrassment to the party — and to state party Chairman Tim Schneider — for months. When Schneider was faced with a formidable challenge to his chairmanship in May, some Republicans — including state Rep. Jeanne Ives, who ran unsuccessfully against Rauner in the primary — cited Jones’ candidacy as a reason to break from Schneider’s leadership. Schneider ended up surviving his challenge by bringing on his challenger as a co-chairman. … In the meantime, Republicans have one last chance to save face. They can mount a write-in challenge if that candidate notifies three counties in the district of their intent by Sept. 6.

It seems the GOP will get its write-in candidate. But who is Art Jones? Here is some background from Splinter News.

In the upcoming midterm elections, voters in Illinois’ 3rd Congressional District will have the choice of Dan Lipinski, the Democratic incumbent, or Republican candidate Art Jones, a white supremacist Holocaust denier who, by way of self-endorsement, claims he hasn’t been a card-carrying member of any Nazi groups since 1980. If voters find that choice unappealing, there’s also Justin Hanson, a young lawyer who’s mounted a write-in candidacy as an independent based on the premise that nobody should vote for a Nazi.

“It’s a strange climate we have in this country right now,” Hanson understatedly told Splinter recently. “These kinds of people seem to feel really emboldened.”

In the interim, it seems Art Jones is polluting the district with flyers only Trump and his cohort would love. This one is a doozy.

White neighbothoods are largely safe, clean places to raise a family. And is why they are targeted for the blessings of “Cultural Diversity” from racual, religious, and sexual minorities. The NEIGHBORHOOD AMENDMENT” would legally empower White people to keep their neighborhood 90% White. Lipinski [the Democratic candidate] opposes that idea.

And then there is this one.

My dear Republican friends, my mother used to tell me when I was growing up, “If you lie with dogs, you rise with fleas.” Subsequently, I learned in my church-going pre-Humanist days the applicable proverb, “As you sow, so shall you reap.” You have played with the carnality of the minds of the weak among you. You have emboldened them and now they are exposing much of the evil we have been extricating but still need more time to remove from “muscle memory.” This is your doing and Trump just exposed it in a very honest fashion.
