Joy-Ann’s commentary on The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell was both prescient and notable. She made it clear that the Democratic Leadership has bought into a fallacy, a mystical belief that Trump has a hold on the electorate he does not. She rightfully said the Democratic Leadership continues to fear the Trump voter more so than the backlash from their own base. One hopes that changes sooner than later.

I think the Dem leadership is waiting for the campaign debate season, maybe three months before the election, to start the impeachment so that it has maximum effect in the vote tally. If Trump survives an impeachment right now, like poison, it will only make him stronger.
