Senator David Perdue (R-GA) learned well from Trump, the direct articulation of prejudice.

October 17, 2020 By Egberto Willies

Sorry, there was a YouTube error.

Senator David Perdue (R-GA) sadly learned the wrong thing from Donald Trump. Unfortunately, he learned it as Trumpism is on the way out.

WaPo reported the incident as follows.

Sen. David Perdue (R-Ga.) on Friday drew the condemnation of his opponent after mispronouncing the first name of Democratic vice-presidential candidate Kamala D. Harris (Calif.), the senator’s colleague of nearly four years.

“This kind of vile, race-baiting trash talk is what President Trump has unleashed from sitting Republican members in the Senate,” Democrat Jon Ossoff said in an interview with Joy Reid on MSNBC.

Speaking before the president arrived at a campaign rally in Macon, Ga., Perdue said, “Ka-ma-la, Ka-ma-la, Kamala-mala-mala, I don’t know, whatever,” seeming to pause for a smattering of laughs. His campaign wrote in a statement that Perdue “simply mispronounced Sen. Harris’s name, and he didn’t mean anything by it” — despite calls that the mix-up was purposeful.

We are governed by a president who has normalized evil, prejudice, and inhumaneness. The 2020 election will determine if most Americans will allow this travesty to continue. Donald Trump has made us the laughing stock of America. Will we ensure that he is kicked out of the office without a comparable replacement? I think so.

My wife has grown accustomed to my call of, “GOD KING!”.
It is, literally, what he considers himself as, a literal god-king, in command of a city state.
    Followed by, “God-King, the Emperor”.
Not in any form of respectful address, that’s for his self-induced slaves.

Because, today, it’s God-King, 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000, Constitution zero by proclamation, despite court losses.
Reality is what it is, it remains real, bullshitters go extinct over time.
We The People survive, at times, barely.
    But, we persevere – repeatedly.
