Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany seemed very serious as she detailed the sacredness with which the Trump administration wanted the vote treated. Of course, she was lying through her teeth. After some time, Neil Cavuto could take it no more after she said the following, which was post-narrated with myriad more lies.
“We want every legal vote to be counted,” McEnany said. “And we want every illegal vote,”
Neil Cavuto would have none of it. He finally decided to cut her off as Fox News broke out of covering the press conference.
“Well, whoa, I just think we have to be very clear,” Cavuto said. “She’s charging the other side with welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting. Unless she has more details to back that up, I can’t in good countenance continue showing you this. I want to make sure that maybe they do have something to back that up, but that’s an explosive charge to make that the other side is effectively rigging and cheating.”
