When supporters of President Trump stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, the events were captured by protesters and witnesses who live-streamed the action or posted the scenes on social media. The Visual Investigations team analyzed those videos and worked with New York Times colleagues to deconstruct key moments.
