The look on the Republican operative and forced silence said it all. Susan Del Percio knew Biden did what GOP and Trump faked and couldn’t.
Republican operative dinged
Political Strategist Michael Starr Hopkins pointed out that Republicans never display courage. He said that they do what is expedient. They will attach themselves to Donald Trump when beneficial. They will support Democratic policies like the infrastructure bill when they think their constituents would look at their support positively.
Republican political analyst Susan Del Percio took exception to Hopkin’s statements.
“Republicans have always liked infrastructure,” Susan Del Percio said. “I mean, that’s not like they took a thing just to get re-elected.”
The host Ayman Mohyeldin did not allow Del Percio to get away with that silly statement.
“It’s been infrastructure week for four years during Trump. They couldn’t get it done. If they liked infrastructure so well, why didn’t they get it done? He had a bigger number. I don’t know Susan. I believe you, but I don’t know if the party actually believes that anymore.”
Actions speak louder than words. Democrats got it done. They must make Americans know who is providing the support from the government that they expect, want, and need.
