Chuck Todd gives Republican Senator Dr. Roger Marshall rope to look like an ideological fool.

Chuck Todd gave this Senator, a purported doctor, enough rope to hang himself. A doctor that refuses to see the science is a clear and present danger.

Chuck Todd exposes Senator Roger Marshall

Chuck Todd did a reasonably good job exposing the doctor, who seemed to have forgotten his oath. Dr. Roger Marshall (R-KS) says he supports COVID vaccination but does not support mandates.

Sadly, in his narrative, he placed irresponsibility and capital over humanity, the health of Americans. He should be ashamed.

A commenter to one of my posts criticizing doctors like this charlatan was upset that I called him out. He posted the following.

Egberto — why would you refer to Senator Marshall from Kansas as a “purported doctor”? He is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine.

I watched the MTP interview. Marshall supports vaccines, but not mandates. You can agree, or not, but he isn’t an anti-vaxxer, and is definitely a qualified, and licensed, physician.

My reply after some back and forth is one I think all rational people would support.

If his behavior and advice are commensurate with a charlatan his pedigree is immaterial. It means his credentials have zero meaning and in fact, run the risk of inflicting more har for that exact reason. I praise the deeds. His school should speak up and discredit him for the harm he is doing to ensure their “respected medical School” remains respected.

We have got to keep the engagement. We must push back on any attempt to defend the indefensible.
