An activist patriarchal Supreme Court overturned women’s Rights to their own bodies.

June 24, 2022 By Egberto Willies

Sorry, there was a YouTube error.

It is official. The Supreme Court has taken a right away from women. Ironically it is from a court-appointed by presidents who did not win the popular vote.

Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.

Watch Politics Done Right T.V. here.

The New York Times reported it as follows:

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Friday overruled Roe v. Wade, eliminating the constitutional right to abortion after almost 50 years in a decision that will transform American life, reshape the nation’s politics and lead to all but total bans on the procedure in about half of the states.

The ruling will test the legitimacy of the court and vindicate a decades-long Republican project of installing conservative justices prepared to reject the precedent, which had been repeatedly reaffirmed by earlier courts. It will also be one of the signal legacies of President Donald J. Trump, who vowed to name justices who would overrule Roe. All three of his appointees were in the majority in the 6-to-3 ruling.

This is the first time in American history where the right that was affirmed by the Supreme Court was removed. But it gets worse, this ruling gives a Republican Congress the right to make abortion illegal in the entire country. One hopes that most women will see that a vote for any Republican is a vote to give up control of their bodies and a vote for minority rule.

We now live in an America where in the same week that guns gained rights, women lost theirs. Women represent a majority in this country. It is up to them to assert their will over evil patriarchy.

Unfortunately I have not seen, read, heard any mention of what will probably come next. To think that the loss of the right to your own body will stop there is indicative that people are not thinking ahead nor have any idea of historical precidence on where this will lead. Once “they” get their foot in the door “they” will bulldoze forward to make sure there’s no history of women ever having any rights ever. This will happen incrementally till one step becomes normalized before taking the next imperceptible step. Women will lose the right to vote, to work outside of their home to earn money, to have a credit card……
After all isn’t that the way it was done by the Nazi’s in Germany — one single step so that nobody even noticed. Then they took the next imperceptible step. Nobody noticed or cried out………..
