Rep. Moskowitz suggests an ad with Trump on the toilet tweeting for his DeSantis pudding finger ad.

April 16, 2023 By Egberto Willies

Sorry, there was a YouTube error.

Congressman Jared Moskowitz (D-FL), who worked for Ron DeSantis under the Florida Division of Emergency Management, suggested that the governor should counteract Trump’s pudding finger ad with one featuring Trump tweeting from the toilet.

Trump tweeting from the toilet?

Watch Politics Done Right T.V. here.

After former Utah Republican Congresswoman Mia Long said, she woke up to a creepy ad from the Trump wing of the party against Ron DeSantis. Jake Tapper was ready with the ad that tried to make Americans aware of DeSantis’ poor eating etiquette subliminally. The ad concurrently tried to ding DeSantis as one who would gut Social Security and other social programs. As evident in the clip in this post, it was a silly but effective ad for many.

Jake Tapper did his job as a journalist. He made it clear that when Trump was the president, his budgets proposed scaling back these programs.

Congressman Jared Moskowitz had a  suggestion for the DeSantis communication team.

“This is not a race about policy. This is a race about personality,” Moskowitz said. “That ad about pudding has nothing to do about the Social Security part. No one’s focusing on that. They’re focusing on the pudding. It’s a personal attack. And so Ron should be running an ad with Donald Trump sitting on the toilet at 3:00 a.m. in the morning, sending out tweets. I mean, that’s — look, that’s what is — what works on that side of the aisle.”

Congressman Jared Moskowitz gets it. It is a silly and shallow ad. Unfortunately, for too many, it works. It was refreshing to watch the Congressman ding Texas Governor Greg Abbott for wanting to pardon a BLM murderer — so much for law and order.

The 2024 presidential race will be dirty. One hopes Democrats and Progressives learn to hit back just as low before they change the subject to all the policies they intend to provide to Americans.
