New tapes that were released make it clear that Ted Cruz was more intimately involved in the Jan 6th attempted coup than we realized. His following words as he spoke to Fox New’s Maria Bartiromo are just the tip of the iceberg. It occurred on Jan 2nd.

Ted Cruz continues to bloviate in the Senate, on his podcast, and on cable TV. One wonders why the media continue to give airtime to a Jan 6th sympathizer.
There is a possibility that much of the media did not know that Ted had a part to play in the Jan 6th insurrection. There is no doubt now, since the release of the tapes where Fox News host Maria Bartiromo and Ted had had an incrimination conversation.
“I think that the country deserves to have a credible assessment of these claims,” the Senator said. “And what the evidence shows and the mechanism to try to force that is denying certification on the sixth.”
In other words, his job in the coup was to play his part in denying certification of the election on Jan 6th. And even after the violence that occurred, the Senator still voted not to certify the election. Ted Cruz is not a patriot.
