Our newsletter is gaining increasing traction with strong reviews. MSNBC’s most respected journalist, Ali Velshi, recently appeared on Politics Done Right & commended our journalism with high praise.
MSNBC’s Ali Velshi commends our journalism at PDR.
MSNBC’s most respected reporter, Ali Velshi, recently appeared on Politics Done Right to discuss his new book Small Acts of Courage. He gave us an unsolicited commendation and acknowledgment that warmed my soul. There is nothing like working hard and knowing work is penetrating and respected. Check out what he said in the above video.
I just got through interviewing Jerry Ashton, Founder of End Veteran Debt, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to buying off the debt of strapped veterans. These are people who served our country. Loan sharks and our corporatocracy have not been kind to these heroes.
Jerry understands that while the mainstream media will repeat the same reel ad nauseam, they are unlikely to give organizations like his the requisite coverage. Politics Done Right does to his story and many in between on ALL our platforms because the things that matter to the masses are seldom covered while “the silly” is covered extensively.
We ensure that we do not toe the corporate line of indoctrination but the line that serves us all. The most significant measure, however, is you, the audience at large. And guess what? As I mentioned, we went past 10,000 followers and 8,800+ free subscribers. Our newsletter grows in followers and free subscribers daily and is shared often. Online viewership continues to explode. We are making a difference.
Jerry asked me how I was funded. I told him that you value what we do and keep us on air and online.
However, we are underperforming in getting more paid subscribers. We are still not at a break-even stage. As of today, we have 111 paid subscribers. This newsletter subsidizes and leverages all our multimedia platforms, where we distribute the progressive message in every format to combat the misinformation that the Right and their backing plutocracy pay for. We are the last line of defense as the mainstream media seems unable to go beyond false equivalence and unwarranted balance.
The hours spent hosting two daily talk shows, researching, lining up guests, processing videos, podcasts, articles, blogs, and books are long — 16-hour days, 7 days a week. And our staff is a grand total of one, me! I hope to grow our subscriber base to pay a part-time editor, a multimedia poster, and a video processor. That will come when we approach a few thousand paid subscribers.
Our country is in a precarious state, and no savior is coming. We must save ourselves. We must collectively engage our family, friends, and neighbors ad nauseam. Our platform is a tool many use to help in that process. Please consider investing in the equivalent of a coffee a month to support this important project. We can do this collectively. And, of course, all paid subscribers can read my current and subsequent books for free on this platform.
Viewers are encouraged to subscribe and join the conversation for more insightful commentary and to support progressive messages. Together, we can populate the internet with progressive messages that represent the true aspirations of most Americans.
