About Jude-Laure Denis

Jude-Laure Denis is an executive coach, healer, trainer and motivational speaker. Her work focused on facilitating a deep understanding of how whiteness undergirds our lives and our institutions, without shame or blame. She points out that when we point fingers out there at what's wrong with the world, we often miss our own role in the systems that exist, passively (through our silence) or actively (through our actions). She says that we must look at ourselves through a critical lens, rooted in personal & collective accountability, and the understanding that our very presence here on earth is a miracle. "I believe your liberation as a leader in building a just world is bound up with mine," Ms. Denis says. "Let us work together to make you & your team more powerful, more clear, more able to confront the systemic hurdles you face than ever before."
