On Thursday’s "Daily Show," Jon Stewart explained exactly how people like Todd Akin and Paul Broun not only squeak by, but also enjoy plum posts like sitting on the House Science, Space and Technology committee. It’s quite simple: politicians at the state level are even more insane.
