I always knew that if we can get our message out enough ears would be open. I am counting the chickens before they hatch because it is time that we Democrats and Progressives stop moving out of fear cowering to an ideology that has materially hurt more Americans and specifically Texans than anyone. Beto is winning and will win if our base continues to perform. So you know what? PERFORM. THERE ARE MORE OF YOU!!!! NUMERICALLY!!! YES!!
I was pitching raising funds for KPFT on The Attitude show featuring Arne Arnesen and Susan Bruce. Their guest was Texas award-winning reporter Scott Braddock. He told her it was a longshot for a Beto win. Both Bruce and Braddock seemed to tease Beto’s inspirational rhetoric. He spoke as if it was in the bag for Cruz. In talking to folks all over the state and county, we saw this Beto groundswell occurring.
After the interview, I was on the air with Susan Bruce and I told her I thought Braddock was wrong.
Now DailyKos is reporting the following.
Last night Scott Braddock, award-winning reporter, who covers Texas politics tweeted this exciting nugget of information about the Texas Senate race.
At this point it's probably analysis of EV more than polling.

Someone tweeted back to Braddock about his information and questioned it.

Braddock responds that it’s just not early-voting in Texas that Republicans are concerned about. They think Cruz is underwater in both. To me—this points to Republicans being extremely concerned with their internal polling of this race.
No predictions but if I said something, it is true. https://t.co/ZnYEOJWi9Z

Braddock isn’t predicting the outcome, but this information certainly matches the incredible enthusiasm we are seeing for Beto O’Rourke in Texas. Go Beto!
The people of Texas are not a small, paranoid people. We are big, bold, ambitious, and focused on the future. pic.twitter.com/ROX8KNBc4d

… It’s still going to be tough, because it’s Texas and no one thought this was even possible, but now it’s looking increasingly possible Beto can pull off the upset. If you’re in Texas, don’t take anything for granted. VOTE! BETO!—on November 6!
I am very hopeful. If we perform well on November 6th in Harris, Tarrant, Dallas, Bexar, Travis, Cameron, El Paso, and Nueces County we win!
