Bernie Sanders suspends but he won the war of ideas

Bernie Sanders suspended his campaign today. But when all the polls are taken on the American values it is clear that he represented the true American values.

I will make an absolute statement. If Joe Biden ultimate is the Democratic nominee, he will have to more vociferously support most of the policies articulated by Bernie Sanders. Specifically,

  • Medicare for All especially given the damage COVID-19 would have done to the personal economies of Americans.
  • Student loan forgiveness, given the enormity of job losses an unlikelihood of catching up to pilfering of the banksters.
  • Subsidized child care, given the financial reality of the poor and the middle-class. If we want all working we must create an environment conducive to work.
  • A justice system that is fair and does not work with the private sector where human bodies are the raw material for their profits.
  • A green economy that stops polluting the environment and one that starts the remediation process paid for by those who profited from destroying it.

What a grand relief! As a Pennsylvanian, since my primary vote is irrelevant, I’ll stay home.
Gripes will simply get a Trump vote, like my peers did last time and I held my nose. The nose is still sore, so enjoy the virus and whatever hells Trump, the god-king, Emperor for life, short may he wane bring.
The DNC proved Pennsylvanian and the remainder of the nation’s votes are worthless.

People who have lived their entire working lives under the reaganrevolution, AKA neoliberalism, have been underpaid all along. Now our Social Security retirement incomes, naturally, are miserably low, because the amount we have been paid on our jobs have determined the amount we paid into Social Security. That has determined the amount we now get from Social Security. If Biden were to earn my vote, it would be by a firm commitment to increase my Social Security income by at least the amount proposed by Elizabeth Warren, i.e., $200/month. If anyone wants to know where the money should come from, it could be obtained by taxing the employers who stole the money that I should have been paid — my earnings — because there was no government intervention and unions were broken under the reaganrevolution, AKA neoliberalism.
