The Republican Party could not hide its Civil War. Liz Cheney is proven to be a strong woman against an army of feeble men. And she does not mince her words.
The Civil War on in the GOP
The reporter asked a simple question. The man gave a simple squeamish answer. The woman elaborated on her response.
”Do you believe President Trump should be speaking,” the reporter asked. “ Or former President Trump should be speaking at CPAC this weekend?”
“Yes, he should,” Leader Kevin McCarthy said without batting an eye.
“Congresswoman Cheney,” the reporter asked.
“That’s up to CPAC,” Congresswoman Cheney said. “I’ve been clear on my views about President Trump and the extent to which following, the extent of which following January 6th, I don’t believe he should be playing a role in the future of the party, or the country.”
WOW! There was no ambiguity in her words or the thought process from whence her words emanated. And she was surrounded by two Trump sycophants and enablers, Steve Scalise and Kevin McCarty.
