A perfect example of Sunday News Programs & Military Industrial Complex edging us to wars even now!

August 29, 2021 By Egberto Willies

Sorry, there was a YouTube error.

It is easy for us to get into wars and difficult to get out because we have media that entertain warmongers that depend on American’s geographical and sociopolitical ignorance.

Wars, The game on today’s Sunday’s show

See full episodes here.

As I watched the Sunday morning shows today, I could not help but attempt to pull out the hairs I no longer have on my head. You see, it was hard to believe that a few hours before a local natural disaster, we were making Afghanistan the top story.

Sadly we lost 13 brave soldiers in Afghanistan. But we are two days away from getting most of our forces and Americans out of harm’s way. Let’s be clear. We should not have been in that country in the first place. It has always been a lie that bombing and invading Afghanistan made us safer from terrorists.

It was just as ludicrous to believe that invading and occupying Iraq made us safer. We must grow up. These stories are made up for the benefit of war profiteers.

The geography alone makes it clear. Common sense makes it clear if we stop allowing them to tell us red is green.

More Wars

Now that leaving Afghanistan is a foregone conclusion, the war profiteers want to ensure the door is not completely closed. On This Week, Mathta Raddaatz quoted Leon Panetta.

“President Biden promised retribution,” Martha Raddatz said. “He said the strike on ISIS-K would not be the last. And, of course, they’re looking at everything there now. Former Obama Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said he thinks the U.S. will have to go back into Afghanistan. To Jon’s point, that over-the-horizon is not the same as being on the ground.”

Really? What is the purpose? To fight them over there, so we do not have to fight them over here? That has always been one of the most infantile statements I have heard. In fact, 9/11 prove what many of us have said for decades. It is cheaper and more effective to stop them at their attempt to enter. Remember that our private businesses were happy to take terrorist monies to train them to fly. They were not from Afghanistan, and they learned to fly right here in Florida.

Terrorists can organize anywhere, as 9/11 proved. They could do it in Mexico, Canada, Guatemala, Appalachia (as many are doing now), etc. So let’s not fall for the fraud once again.
