Should it not be settled law that women have the right of choice whether or not to go through with pregnancies (Roe V Wade)? Isn’t the use of contraception settled law (Griswold v Connecticut)? Is it not true that charging higher rates for health insurance for women put them at a permanent economic disadvantage relative to men? Is it not true that removing choices from women for biological reasons anathema to men put them at an economic, societal, and career disadvantage? 2014 will be another important electoral year.
